Cafe Ri Yue, in my opinion, has the best cheesecake in downtown Montreal. Their lattes are delicious, and the presentation is 10/10. Their panna cotta is top tier and not too sweet. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. What I love about this cafe is their central location. They are steps away from Place Des Arts, which is a huge tourist hub during the summer.
